The NAARS welcomes individuals and institutions from around the world to join their work. Membership is restricted to those who affirm the three following principles:
The Mapuche people have a fundamental right of self-determination;
The creation of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia in 1860 was a legitimate exercise of the Mapuche right to self-determination; and,
The eight legitimate occupants of the throne of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia have been Orelie-Antoine de Tounens (1825-1878), Achille Laviarde (1841-1902), Antoine-Hippolyte Cros (1833-1903), Laura-Therese Cros (1856-1916), Jacques Antoine Bernard (1880-1952), Philippe Boiry (1927-2014), Jean-Michel Parasiliti di Para (1942-2017), and Frédéric Luz (b. 1964).
Members receive 1) invitation to all NAARS events, 2) access to the NAARS library and archives, and 3) four issues of The Steel Crown per dues payment. Members are also eligible to receive official medals from the Royal House, upon meeting other criteria. There are three options for membership dues:
Print subscription for a United States address at $25 per four issues of The Steel Crown;
Print subscription for a non-United States address at $50 per four issues of The Steel Crown; or
Electronic subscription [pdf file sent to an email address] at $10 per four issues of The Steel Crown.
