The internet is a boon and a bane, an archive and a wasteland. Often, it is necessary to sort through tons of dross to obtain a few ounces of gold. Here are a few resources we can recommend.
- The Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia site contains archived remnants of the old NAARS geocities site. This site, however, continues to develop and has some very interesting information and images not available anywhere else. It is maintained by Klaus-Peter Pohland, Count of Coronel, Vice Chancellor of the Royal House, and a member of the Council of State. This site is available in English, German, French and Spanish.
- The Mapuche International Link site contains a wealth of information about the current state of affairs among the Mapuche people in Chile and Argentina. This site is maintained by Reynaldo Mariqueo and is available in English, German, French and Spanish.
- The Mapuche Documentation Center, Nuke Mapu site contains a high-quality archive of sociological information relating to the pueblo Mapuche. Since 1996, this site has maintained by Jorge Calbucura, professor of sociology at Uppsala University in Sweden. Site is in Spanish and Swedish.
- The Philadelphia Inquirer published Dan Rubin's article on the November 13, 2010 NAARS dinner.
